Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness within our salon environment. This role is critical to ensuring a safe, welcoming, and professional space for both clients and staff. The Cleaner will be responsible for performing deep cleaning and sanitization of all salon areas, including treatment rooms, reception, restrooms, and common spaces, adhering strictly to infection control protocols. With a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail, the ideal candidate will contribute directly to the salon’s reputation for excellence and client satisfaction. This position requires reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to maintaining a spotless and compliant workspace.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily deep cleaning and sanitization of all salon areas, including treatment tables, chairs, mirrors, floors, and fixtures
Follow strict infection control procedures in accordance with industry regulations and health guidelines
Properly disinfect and restock all tools, equipment, and surfaces between client appointments
Empty and sanitize trash and recycling bins throughout the day
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, including restocking supplies and deep cleaning as needed
Report any maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards immediately
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly and used safely
Support housekeeping operations during peak hours and special events

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent certification
Proven experience in deep cleaning and housekeeping, preferably in a salon, spa, or healthcare environment
In-depth knowledge of infection control practices and sanitation standards
Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols and safety procedures
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy cleaning equipment for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a pristine environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and equipment
