PulseMediaNL is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Account Manager to join our remote team. This role is essential in managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and building long-term customer relationships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and business success.
Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and sales inquiries
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales process
Sales Growth & Business Development
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Present products and services to customers through meetings, calls, and presentations
Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements
Collaboration & Sales Support
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively
Coordinate with operations, support, and management teams to deliver solutions
Provide customer feedback and market insights to support business improvements
Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding products, updates, and opportunities
Reporting & Administrative Support
Maintain accurate account records and sales activity within CRM systems
Track sales performance, account activity, and customer engagement metrics
Prepare reports, forecasts, and account updates for management
Follow established sales processes and contribute to operational efficiency
Requirements
About the Ideal Candidate
2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional, proactive, and results-driven attitude
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools is a plus
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or sales is a plus
