Process Engineer (Hot End Process) Rockwool Material

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer specializing in Hot End Processes for our Rockwool Material operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing the production process, focusing on the hot end area, to ensure high-quality output and efficiency. You will work closely with the production and maintenance teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, innovative problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence and sustainability within the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize hot end operations efficiency.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for process enhancements.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure reliable operation of hot end equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience in a hot end process engineering role.
• Strong understanding of Rockwool manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to identify and implement process optimization strategies effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
