Job Description

Respond to IT support requests across hardware, software, systems and networks
Install, configure and update IT equipment, applications and tools
Assist with IT projects such as upgrades, migrations and backups
Maintain accurate documentation, inventory and system performance records
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues

The Successful Applicant

Experience in IT support or a similar technical role
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office and basic networking
Experience using service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SysAid)
Excellent communication, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
