General Technician - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Apt Resources is excited to recruit a talented General Technician for a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel on the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be an integral part of maintaining the hotels high standards by ensuring all technical systems and equipment operate flawlessly.

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of various hotel facilities, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and safety. If you thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want you on our team!

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on all hotel equipment and systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize urgent issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage.
• Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or building maintenance fields.
• Proven experience as a general technician in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding hospitality setting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to implement safety procedures.
• Must be currently in UAE
