Located in the heart of Fujairah city, our hotel features 202 contemporary rooms, 8 meeting rooms, a signature bar, and a variety of dining experiences.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie – Arabic Cuisine to join our Culinary Team and bring authentic Arabic flavours to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality Arabic dishes, maintaining authentic flavours and presentation standards.

• Manage the assigned kitchen section, ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Prepare a variety of traditional Arabic dishes, including hot and cold mezze, grilled specialties, and regional favourites.

• Maintain consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

• Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu development, food preparation, and cost control.

• Guide and support junior kitchen team members.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie specialising in Arabic cuisine, preferably in a hotel environment.

• Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavours.

• Experience in both à la carte and buffet operations.

• Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen.

• A positive attitude, teamwork, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.

• Previous pre-opening experience would be an advantage.
