Job Description

Source and purchase automotive parts, vehicles, and related materials from approved suppliers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Monitor market trends, pricing, and product availability within the automotive industry.

Compare quotations and prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policies.

Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, and finance teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.

Track inventory levels and initiate purchases to maintain optimal stock.

Evaluate supplier performance and identify new sourcing opportunities.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company procedures and budget requirements.

Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.

Requirements

3–4 years of purchasing experience in the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of the local automotive market, including spare parts and vehicle suppliers.

Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
