Are you an experienced automotive professional with strong attention to detail and warranty administration skills?

Join Ali & Sons as a Warranty Administrator, responsible for managing warranty claims, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely submissions in line with principal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process and submit warranty claims accurately and on time.
· Maintain warranty procedures, records, and documentation.
· Manage parts and tire warranty claims.
· Issue warranty credit memos to the principal.
· Track claims and minimize submission lead time.
· Prepare monthly warranty reports and monitor rejected claims.
· Provide feedback on vehicle quality and warranty issues.
· Support the Service Manager with other warranty-related duties.

Role Purpose:

To ensure efficient warranty administration, timely claim processing, accurate reporting, and compliance with principal guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
· Education: Diploma/Degree in Automotive Technology.
· Languages: Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
· Skills: Computer literate, organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with Microsoft Teams/Zoom.
