Role Overvie

wWe are looking for an experienced Zoho Specialist to join on a short-term contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho One applications and a deep understanding of business process automation

.This role will focus on analyzing existing workflows, optimizing the companys use of Zoho, and ensuring smooth integration, configuration, and training across departments

Key Responsibiliti

• esUnderstand current business processes and recommend improvements within the Zoho ecosyste
• m.Review and optimize usage of Zoho One apps, ensuring maximum efficiency and alignment with organizational need
• s.Configure workflows, approvals, automation, and user permissions across department
• s.Integrate Zoho with external applications and tools used by the compan
• y.Identify and fix any system flaws or process gaps within existing configuration
• s.Conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure smooth adoption and best practice
