Job Description

• Conduct daily yoga classes for hotel guests of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
• Design personalized yoga sessions based on guests' fitness levels, health conditions, and wellness goals.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and relaxing environment during all yoga sessions.
• Demonstrate and teach correct yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation practices.
• Monitor guests during sessions and provide appropriate adjustments to prevent injuries.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the yoga studio and equipment.
• Coordinate with the spa, fitness, and wellness teams to deliver integrated wellness experiences.
• Promote wellness programs, retreats, and special yoga events to enhance guest engagement.
• Provide exceptional, personalized service that reflects five-star hospitality standards.
• Educate guests on the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, stress management, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Assist in developing seasonal wellness packages and unique guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and report guest feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with hotel health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Stay updated on the latest yoga techniques, wellness trends, and industry certifications.
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support hotel events by offering wellness activities such as sunrise yoga, beach yoga, poolside sessions, or private in-room yoga experiences.
• Maintain all required professional certifications, including CPR and First Aid (where required).
• Uphold the hotel's brand standards, confidentiality, and professional appearance at all times.
  
  

Qualifications

Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, spa, or wellness center.

Strong knowledge of multiple yoga styles preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.

Passion for wellness, guest service, and creating exceptional luxury experiences.

In addition, certifications in the following areas would be an advantage: Pilates, Kangoo Jumps, Jumping Fitness, TRX, CrossFit, HIIT, Functional Training, Group Cycling, Zumba, Yoga.

Additional Foreign Language is an advantage (Russian).
