Job Summary

Manage workshop operations, production, inventory, and logistics for all workshop production.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop and production activities.
• Manage small production team.
• Manage all item production including creations working together with merchandising & buying department.
• Control inventory and raw material usage.
• Coordinate logistics and dispatch.
• Track production costs and inventory finances.
• Ensure strict implementation of SOP, quality assurance and hygiene standards.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, preferably with Finance and inventory background.
• 5–8 years’ experience in Artisan chocolate or pastry factory.
• Proven leadership, people management skills.
• Extreme attention to detail required to ensure accuracy of orders and deliveries.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in English.
• Flexible to work extended hours when required.
