We’re looking for a Workplace Associate to join our Dubai team. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of our UAE office while creating an engaging and enjoyable place to work for our employees.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Workplace Operations team. We focus on creating environments that inspire productivity and community, ensuring our physical spaces reflect our vibrant culture.

Here’s What Your Day-to-day Might Look Like

  • Culture & Engagement: Develop and execute an engaging events calendar, including team celebrations, sports competitions, and seasonal parties to foster community.
  • Facilities Management: Manage agreements with third-party suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, and leasing) to ensure seamless service levels and a well-maintained workspace.
  • Financial Administration: Partner with the Procurement Hub to process regional Purchase Orders and invoices, while managing petty cash and facilities budgets.
  • Operational Support: Oversee office inventory for stationery and refreshments, manage the asset register, and coordinate onboarding kits and access card issuance.
  • Executive Coordination: Provide calendar support to the management team to ensure efficient scheduling and time management across the region.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential

  • Administrative Expertise: Proven ability to manage office operations or administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operational Autonomy: A fast learner with the ability to think critically and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of G-Suite and digital tools for budget tracking and document management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to coordinate with global stakeholders and local vendors.
  • Legal Requirement: Must hold a UAE passport and Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid).

Nice To Have

  • Fluency in Arabic.
  • Experience managing office relocations or large-scale facility upgrades.
