Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a dedicated IT Hardware Asset Management Engineer to support a major client environment managing approximately 4,000–5,000 Configuration Items (CIs), primarily hardware assets and accessories. This role focuses heavily on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) using ServiceNow, ensuring accurate tracking, lifecycle governance, warranty and vendor coordination, stock visibility, forecasting, audit readiness, and compliance. You will maintain data integrity in the CMDB, handle day-to-day operational tasks, and contribute to process efficiency in a large-scale IT environment aligned with ITIL principles.

Job Description - Grade Specific

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management or related).
• Experience with large-scale HAM in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of hardware accessories/consumables tracking and normalization in ServiceNow.
• Basic understanding of hardware forecasting models and refresh planning.
• Analytical skills for cost optimization and risk identification in hardware portfolios.
