ROLE OVERVIEW

ITP Luxury, part of ITP Media Group, is seeking a highly analytical, research-led Whitepaper Editor to deliver authoritative long-form content across real estate, business and finance. The role requires the ability to translate complex data, market intelligence and emerging trends into clear, persuasive and well-structured whitepapers for senior decision-makers.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with industry reports, economic data, financial analysis and regulatory material, and can quickly develop subject-matter expertise in new areas. This position sits at the intersection of research, journalism and strategic content, supporting thought leadership, commercial objectives and lead generation.


Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the end-to-end production of whitepapers across real estate, business and finance.
  
• Develop research frameworks, structured outlines and narrative direction prior to drafting.
  
• Integrate primary and secondary research, expert insights and industry data into cohesive reports.
  
• Conduct in-depth research using market studies, economic reports, academic papers, regulatory documents and financial filings.
  
• Evaluate source credibility and ensure all content is accurate, evidence-based and analytically robust.
  
• Analyses and interpret datasets, charts, benchmarks and key market indicators.
  
• Produce market overviews, competitive landscapes, trend analyses and forward-looking insights.
  
• Assess market cycles, supply-demand dynamics, pricing trends, transaction data, financing models and regulatory developments.
  
• Translate regional and global trends into clear implications for senior audiences.
  
• Write on corporate strategy, economic indicators, industry transformation, digitalization and sustainability.
  
• Ensure whitepapers align with business objectives, including thought leadership, lead generation and product positioning.
  
• Manage the full production lifecycle, from research and drafting through revisions and final delivery.
  
• Collaborate with designers and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity, quality and consistency.
  
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high editorial standards.
  
  

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 3+ years’ experience in whitepaper writing, research analysis, business journalism, consulting or technical writing.
  
• Demonstrated long-form writing capability, with a portfolio of structured, analytical and authoritative work.
  
• Strong research skills, including sourcing, verifying and synthesizing complex information.
  
• Solid understanding of real estate markets, business fundamentals and/or crypto ecosystems.
  
• Ability to interpret economic data, KPIs, financial indicators and industry benchmarks.
  
• Experience writing for senior audiences, including C-suite executives, investors and policymakers.
  
• Strong analytical judgment, organization and attention to detail.
  
• Familiarity with GCC markets and regional business environments.
  
• Experience producing persona-driven, lead-generation whitepapers.
