About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Wellness Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium wellness centre in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing a wellness centre, spa, health club, hospitality, lifestyle or similar customer-focused environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth centre operations, maintaining high service standards, managing teams and practitioners, enhancing the client experience and supporting the commercial performance of the centre.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the wellness centre and ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, supervise and coordinate centre staff, therapists, practitioners and support teams.
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and client experience.
• Manage client appointments, schedules, bookings and centre activities.
• Coordinate with practitioners and ensure effective utilisation of available services and resources.
• Handle client enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor centre performance, revenue, bookings, customer retention and other relevant KPIs.
• Support business development, sales, promotions, events and corporate wellness activities.
• Ensure the centre is maintained to high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety and professionalism.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, practitioners, suppliers and business partners.
• Ensure operational policies and procedures are consistently followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.

• Proven experience in managing a wellness centre, spa, health club, hospitality, lifestyle, healthcare or similar customer-facing business.
• Strong operational and people-management experience.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing revenue, KPIs and business performance.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and/or independent practitioners.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, confident and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium service environment.
• Arabic speaker is mandatory.
• Previous experience in the UAE is strongly preferred.

• AED 15,000 – 20,000 monthly base salary
