Web Designer UI UX Focused 3 5 Years Experience

We are looking for a web designer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing modern, conversion-focused websites and digital interfaces. The role requires strong UI/UX thinking, solid layout and branding skills, and the ability to handle multiple active projects in a fast-paced agency environment. You will work closely with developers, content teams, and project managers to translate business requirements into high-quality visual designs.

Agency experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design website layouts, page structures, and user interface systems
• Create UI/UX concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Develop consistent visual styles aligned with brand guidelines
• Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy
• Improve user journeys and interface usability through practical UX decisions
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight timelines
• Prepare design systems, style guides, and reusable components
• Occasionally design print and marketing collateral when required
• Use AI-assisted design tools to speed up ideation, layout exploration, and asset generation

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of website and UI design projects
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and usability best practices
• Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
• Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces
• Ability to convert briefs into structured, well-thought design solutions
• Comfort working across multiple brands and industries
• Good collaboration and handoff practices with developers

Tools & technology

• Strong working knowledge of Figma (primary design tool)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience using AI design tools (such as generative layout, image, or UI assistance tools)
• Understanding of design systems and component libraries

Nice to have

• Agency or multi-client environment experience
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS constraints
• Experience with prototyping and interaction design
