The Warehouse Supervisor & Inventory Manager plays a crucial role in managing daily warehouse operations and overseeing inventory control processes. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

  • Conduct regular audits and inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to manage incoming and outgoing inventory.

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management software and database systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational challenges efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success.
