Warehouse Officer

Noorka Logistics is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Officer to join our operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can manage daily warehouse activities efficiently, ensuring smooth inventory control, proper storage, and timely dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of items to prevent damage.
• Coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams to meet operational requirements.
• Supervise warehouse staff and assist in their training and task allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the warehouse.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and operational efficiency.
• Handle equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely (if certified).
• Support audits and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Identify process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Officer, Storekeeper, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
• Physical stamina to handle warehouse operations efficiently.
