Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials accurately and promptly.
• Pick and fill orders from inventory using handheld barcode scanners.
• Pack and ship customer orders efficiently, ensuring safe and secure packaging.
• Conduct inventory counts and adjust managed stock levels as necessary.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment responsibly and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment at all times.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the workplace.
• Assist with the unloading of trucks and other transportation vehicles.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies with inventory or orders.
• Operate basic machinery such as pallet jacks and shrink wrap machines.
• Support the development and implementation of warehouse process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic logistics software.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks consistently.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential.
