Warehouse Assistant

Noorka Logistics is looking for a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Assistant to join our warehouse operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment and can assist with receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently. The successful candidate will help maintain organized warehouse operations while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company procedures.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of inventory.
• Conduct routine stock checks and assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Ensure products are stored correctly to prevent damage or loss.
• Update inventory records and assist with basic data entry when required.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and company operating procedures.
• Report damaged goods, stock shortages, or warehouse issues to supervisors.
• Support warehouse and logistics teams with other operational tasks as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling procedures.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely.
• Familiarity with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
