As a Warehouse Assistant at our facility, you will play an integral role in the efficient operation and maintenance of the warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring that inventory is properly stored, orders are accurately fulfilled, and supply chain operations run smoothly. Working in a fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work well within a team. Responsibilities

• Receive and process warehouse stock products for customer orders efficiently.
• Conduct inventory control and monitor stock levels on a regular basis.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Organize and maintain records of all warehouse documentation and transactions.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles and trucks.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to optimize warehouse operations.
• Keep the warehouse premises clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely shipment dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in warehouse activities.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or damages in shipments immediately.
• Assist with the implementation of warehouse process improvements and technologies.
• Support the warehouse manager in resolving operational issues when they arise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in logistics is a plus.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or similar logistics roles.
• Ability to operate warehouse vehicles and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping purposes.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects safely as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
