Warehouse And Logistics Assistant

A management consulting firm operating a dedicated supply chain, warehousing and logistics services division in the United Arab Emirates. We support B2B and distribution operations across the region, managing inbound/outbound flows, inventory control, and last-mile coordination for diverse product categories.

Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming shipments; verify quantities and document discrepancies against purchase orders.
• Pick, pack and stage orders accurately for dispatch while maintaining required packing standards and shipment labeling.
• Perform routine inventory cycle counts and reconciliation; update WMS/ERP records to reflect stock movement and adjustments.
• Prepare shipping and receiving documentation, liaise with carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely dispatch and clearance.
• Operate or coordinate material handling equipment safely and maintain a clean, organised warehouse floor to meet safety standards.
• Support daily logistics workflows and collaborate with procurement, customer service and transport teams to resolve shipment issues.

Additional Qualifications

Practical experience in warehouse operations; ability to work on-site in the UAE and lift standard warehouse loads. Candidates with prior exposure to FMCG, retail or distribution environments will be advantaged.
