Job Description

Job Purpose:

As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing warm, professional, and efficient service to guests while ensuring an excellent dining experience in line with Accor’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and provide recommendations when required.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure accurate order taking and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables, restaurant areas, and service stations.
  • Check guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond to requests promptly.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Process bills and payments accurately.
  • Follow all hotel standards, food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
  • Promote a positive guest experience and represent the hotel professionally at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Guest-focused with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Well-presented and professional.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage

Additional Information

  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Fluency in English , additional languages are a plus
