Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and professional food and beverage service to all guests.

• Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times.

• Ensure all service equipment and wares are properly maintained and clean.

• Assist in inventory and control of operating equipment and supplies.

• Maintain a neat personal appearance and follow grooming standards.

• Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and report issues to the Supervisor or Manager.

• Follow hotel timekeeping, attendance, and conduct policies.

• Be knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.

• Ensure adequate mise-en-place and station readiness before each service period.

• Comply with HACCP standards and participate in related trainings as directed.

• Uphold safety, emergency, and fire procedures as per hotel policy.

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Previous experience in F&B service within a hotel or restaurant environment.

• Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills.

• Good knowledge of food and beverage products and service techniques.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

• Knowledge of HACCP procedures and hygiene standards.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
