Role Overview

We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Waiter to deliver an exceptional luxury dining experience. The role requires refined etiquette, strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining fine-dining service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Provide warm, professional welcome and personalized service to every guest
• Present menus confidently and explain dishes, ingredients, preparation methods, and chef recommendations
• Offer tailored suggestions based on guest preferences, dietary needs, and occasion
• Handle VIP and high-profile guests with discretion and professionalism
  
  

• Perform full fine-dining service sequence (mise en place, order taking, serving, clearing, crumbing, resetting)
• Follow service etiquette (serve from the correct side, synchronized service, silent service techniques)
• Ensure correct table settings, glassware, and cutlery placement
• Maintain perfect timing between courses in coordination with kitchen and bar
• Monitor tables continuously to ensure satisfaction
  
  

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
• Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
• Well-groomed, elegant appearance
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
