WHAT YOULL BE DOING

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with passion, energy, and attention to detail

Create memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality and personalized service

Recommend menu items and confidently upsell to enhance the guest experience

Build meaningful connections with guests while anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations

Maintain outlet standards, hygiene practices, and operational excellence at all times

Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and seamless service

Set up, maintain, and reset dining areas to deliver an outstanding guest experience

Represent the JA spirit through every interaction, every shift, and every guest encounter

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 1 year of Food & Beverage service experience in a hotel or restaurant environment

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards

Basic understanding of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Good English communication skills

Experience in upselling and guest engagement

A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Someone who goes above and beyond to make guests feel special
