The Role

As a Waiter/Waitress at Sushi Art, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, premium casual dining experiences to our valued guests. Your friendly, approachable demeanor and impeccable communication skills will ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

How You'll Spark Smiles (Key Responsibilities)

• Customer Centric Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and create an enthusiastic, welcoming atmosphere from the start.
• Menu Excellence: Master our premium menu to confidently provide detailed explanations of dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods, offering personalized recommendations.
• Precision & Care: Take food and beverage orders accurately, taking absolute ownership of dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests.
• The eathos Standard: Implement our signature sequence of service, delivering food and beverages promptly, professionally, and seamlessly.
• Togetherness in Action: Communicate effectively with kitchen, sushi chefs, and bar staff to ensure efficient order preparation and flawless timing.
• Drive the Experience: Actively engage with guests to promote special menu items, seasonal boxes, and beverage options to enhance their dining journey.
