Job Overview

French Spirit, a dynamic and innovative F&B company with a diverse portfolio spanning 12+ countries, is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join one of our premier food and beverage establishments in Dubai. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be instrumental in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. We are looking for an individual with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service, contributing directly to the growth and reputation of our F&B division.

Responsibilities

* Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon their arrival.
* Present menus and provide detailed information on our food and beverage offerings, making recommendations where appropriate.
* Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff efficiently.
* Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring correct presentation.
* Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their visit.
* Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and grace.
* Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised dining area, including table settings and service stations.
* Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure a smooth and seamless service.
* Adhere strictly to all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress, preferably within a high-end restaurant or hotel environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.
* A strong customer-first focus with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
* The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* A professional and well-groomed appearance.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
