Job Description

Summary-

The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility-

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus to customers and answer any questions
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure all items are delivered to the table promptly
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Handle any customer inquiries or complaints
• Prepare the bill and process payment
  
  

• Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills

• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
