Summary-

We are looking for dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility-

• Greeting customers and escorting them to their tables.
• Presenting menus and taking orders from customers.
• Serving food and beverages to customers.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Processing customer payments.
• Cleaning and setting tables for the next customers.
• Upselling menu items and promoting specials to increase revenue.
  
  

• Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Knowledge of food and beverages.
