About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking Waiter / Waitress – Fine Dining to join the Food & Beverage team

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized dining experience.
• Present menus confidently, provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately record and process guest orders while ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
• Prepare, maintain, and reset tables in accordance with operational and brand standards.
• Serve food and beverages professionally, ensuring accuracy, quality presentation, and adherence to service etiquette.
• Collaborate effectively with restaurant, kitchen, and bar teams to maintain seamless service operations.
• Communicate guest preferences, dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests accurately to the relevant teams.
• Consistently maintain professional grooming, appearance, and conduct in line with company standards.
• Comply with all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively enhance the overall dining experience.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution.
• Uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality, reflecting the organization's service culture and Forbes standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
• Support opening, closing, and shift transition procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to guest service, order management, and outlet operations.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and actively support colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel or equivalent restaurant
• Good product knowledge of international/local cuisine, beverages preparation methods.
• Secondary school diploma or above
• Fluent spoken English and one other language specified for restaurant guest demographics
• Knowledge of MS Office, POS Software will be preferred
• Customer service orientated, good communicator and interpersonal skills, good salesmanship
• Well-groomed with excellent hygiene, confident, friendly and polite
• Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, confident, and calm under pressure; team player who responds quickly to operational demands.
