Primary Role

Waiter / Waitress (Food & Beverage)

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver professional table service: welcome guests, take orders accurately, upsell specials, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Operate POS systems to process orders, handle billing, and manage cash/credit transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain dining-room standards: set, clear, and reset tables; inspect service areas for cleanliness and readiness between covers.
• Support kitchen operations when required (commis-level duties): assist with mise en place, basic food prep, plating, and portion control during peak service.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP standards): monitor temperatures, rotate stock, and report any quality or safety issues immediately.
• Collaborate with hosts, chefs, and supervisors to manage guest requests, special diets, and event or banquet service smoothly.
