Our company specializes in providing excellent food and beverage services to a diverse clientele. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Waiters, Waitresses, and Baristas at our on-site location.

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and escort customers to their tables ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take customer orders accurately and promptly, providing menu recommendations as needed.
• Serve food and beverages professionally, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
• Operate POS systems efficiently to manage transactions and billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and dining spaces.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless customer service experiences.
  
  

• Must-Have
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in POS system operation
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred

• Knowledge of customer service best practices
