About the Job 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/Waitress in Lah Lah - Service to join Zabeel House The Greens.

• The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: 
• Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional, attentive, and memorable dining experience. 
• Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and make recommendations based on guest preferences. 
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery of all items. 
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and daily specials. 
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and maintained throughout service. 
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, inquiries, and concerns.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage service role within a hotel, restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment. 
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest service excellence. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds. 
• A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
