About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/ess to join Hill House Brasserie.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role includes:

• Must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.
• To maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.
• To communicate with Culinary Team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
• Ensure the food pick up and service is impeccable and completed in a timely manner
• Responsible for setting up tables, serving food and beverage to guests, and clearing/cleaning tables.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Problem solving
• Detail orientated
• 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry
