Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional procurement strategies
- Lead vendor selection and contract negotiations
- Manage procurement teams and key suppliers
- Mitigate supply chain risks and cost volatility
- Align procurement with project and engineering teams
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
- 15+ years’ procurement experience in infrastructure projects
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience managing regional or global supply chains
