As a sales leader, you will use AI tools daily to coach your team, review work, and prepare for strategic partner meetings — empowering channel account managers, sales engineers, and partners to hit their revenue targets. We value high-quality, data-informed work over short-term results. You and your team will have frequent opportunities for wins in this role. This role has predictable, fixed compensation of USD 200,000 per year that isnt dependent on quotas or commissions. It is a fully remote, work-from-anywhere position with some travel as you define.

What you will be doing

  • Directly support our most strategic channel partners in North America.
  • Use GenAI tools to review your teams work at scale, identify patterns, and develop data-driven process improvements.
  • Provide frequent, targeted coaching to improve your teams performance — informed by AI-generated insights

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional management: this is a hands-on role and we have structured processes to ensure and maintain quality
  • Guessing — GenAI tools give you data-backed insights so every coaching session, work review, and partner meeting is grounded in evidence, not instinct

Responsibilities

  • Empower and enable strategic channel partners to meet mutual revenue goals
  • Leverage your sales expertise and GenAI tools to improve the performance of the channel-only sales team
  • Develop AI-informed process changes that continuously improve the work of our fully remote channel sales team

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales or account management experience
  • 3+ years of channel sales leadership experience
  • Experience with B2B software sales especially in the SMB market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A work schedule that has at least 80% overlap with standard working hours in North America
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as you deem necessary to meet your goals
  • Demonstrated ability to use GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to improve work quality and productivity
