🌍 We’re hiring: VP of Banking, International

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the future of international banking loyalty at Reward. As VP of Banking, International, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, leading a high performing team, and building long term partnerships with global banking clients.

You’ll own the international banking agenda setting strategy, delivering commercial performance, and ensuring Reward continues to be seen as a trusted, innovative partner across key markets.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute the strategy for Reward’s international banking clients, aligned to wider business goals
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high performing team, creating a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Build and deepen senior level relationships with international banking partners, acting as a trusted advisor
• Drive account growth, market expansion, and new commercial opportunities across regions
• Own P&L for the international banking hub, including forecasting, KPIs, and performance reporting
• Partner closely with product, insights, marketing, and operations to deliver tailored, data led solutions
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to keep Reward ahead of the curve

What we’re looking for

• Extensive senior leadership experience in loyalty, retail banking, payments, or a related B2B environment
• A strong track record of growing complex, high value client relationships
• Proven experience leading and developing high performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen, including P&L ownership and revenue delivery
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence operating at C-suite level
• Comfortable navigating matrixed, international organisations and driving cross functional collaboration
