- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide digital transformation roadmap aligned to business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning customer experience, product, loyalty, CRM, data, AI and digital operations.
- Create a connected, frictionless customer journey that elevates engagement and service delivery.
- Act as the central point of ownership across internal teams, technology partners and external vendors.
- Design and launch innovative membership and loyalty propositions focused on experience, convenience and exclusivity.
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation programmes within consumer-focused organisations.
- Strong experience across product management, customer experience, CRM, loyalty, data and digital strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to influence engineering and technology teams without being a hands-on technical specialist.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with a build-from-scratch mindset.
- Background within digitally advanced retail, e-commerce, luxury or hospitality businesses would be highly advantageous.
