Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR strategies to support organisational objectives.
Lead the creation of innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility within the financial services industry.
Oversee the development and management of content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand.
Lead Marketing and Communications team while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
Manage relationships with external agencies and media partners to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Represent the organisation at industry events and forums in the GCC and beyond.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Marketing & PR should have:

A proven background in marketing and public relations within the financial services industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
Experience in creating and implementing impactful marketing communications and PR strategies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
In-depth understanding of market trends and branding in the financial services sector.
Strong command of English, native level for both written and spoken.
A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
