The Visual Merchandiser role is a pivotal creative position at SARA Group, responsible for shaping the visual identity of our Roomours Retail Showrooms across the region. You'll define and execute merchandising strategies that elevate our in-store experience, working closely with store managers and senior leaders to ensure every showroom reflects our brand vision and aesthetic excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement inspiring visual merchandising programs that align with the brand’s identity

Create and maintain a yearly visual merchandising calendar, ensuring consistent planning and execution

Design captivating visual displays, both in-store and in windows, that guide customers through a seamless journey

Collaborate with the team to produce signage, promotional installations, floor plans, and seasonal displays

Understand each product’s unique value and create display strategies that enhance its appeal

Research industry and market trends to keep our visual direction current and competitive

Manage store layouts, lighting, and product positioning for optimal use of space and impact

Design and produce visual merchandising packs for branches to support marketing activities

Lead the setup and breakdown of all visual displays in line with seasonal, promotional, or thematic campaigns

Work closely with suppliers and the product management team to source and coordinate display materials

Ensure pricing and product details are clearly communicated in displays

Deliver visual excellence while maintaining functionality and brand consistency across all locations

What You Should Bring:

Creative and innovative thinking with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics

Strong understanding of retail design principles and customer experience flow

A hands-on approach to visual setup, with technical and artistic skills to bring concepts to life

The ability to balance creative freedom with brand guidelines and commercial goals

Collaborative spirit with the ability to work across departments and manage multiple projects

Key Competencies:

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and merchandising data

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic retail environment

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a visual merchandiser or visual manager in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Visual Communication, or a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with merchandising reporting tools

Previous experience in a multicultural retail environment is highly desirable

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
