Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and installation of innovative and captivating visual displays.
• Ensure visual displays are aligned with the brand's guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute display strategies.
• Monitor and review display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of display areas and store fixtures.
• Source and select appropriate visual merchandising props and materials.
• Provide input on layout plans for seasonal displays and campaigns.
• Assist in styling mannequins and arranging product presentations creatively.
• Track and manage inventory levels of visual merchandising supplies.
• Communicate regularly with management on store display performance and updates.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on visual merchandising trends.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards in display installations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail or visual merchandising is preferred.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with an excellent sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work cooperatively with a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaborative work with different departments.
