Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to keep displays fresh and innovative.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices to maintain display quality.
• Manage and maintain inventory of display materials and fixtures to support merchandising needs.
• Analyze sales data to measure the impact of merchandising efforts on store performance and adjust as needed.
• Communicate with store managers to ensure displays adhere to brand guidelines and strategies.
• Coordinate seasonal and promotional display changes to align with marketing campaigns and new product launches.
• Develop and oversee the execution of merchandising plans for special events and sales promotions.
• Provide feedback and suggestions on product placement and display techniques to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, ideally within a home goods or retail environment.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for color, design, and presentation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve company objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with multiple departments and store staff.
• Proficient in the use of visual merchandising software and tools to design compelling displays.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
