Visual And Product Designer

We’re seeking a Visual & Product Designer to take ClearGrid’s design ecosystem to the next level; creating experiences that make complex financial concepts seamless, intuitive, and impactful. You’ll bridge bold creative thinking with user-centered product design, working closely with product, engineering, and data teams to reimagine the debt resolution journey from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product design process, from user research and wireframing to shipping pixel-perfect UI in collaboration with engineers.
• Elevate the visual identity of ClearGrid; developing design systems and best practices for brand consistency across digital and print assets.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, transforming user feedback into actionable interface improvements and frictionless product experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to translate complex workflows or analytics into clear, modern, and actionable interfaces.
• Build engaging, accessible, and responsive design components for our customer- and agent-facing products.
• Contribute to our creative strategy; produce standout marketing collateral, pitch decks, and web content as needed.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in product design, UX/UI design, or visual design roles; ideally within high-growth startups or fintech/financial product environments.
• Proficiency in contemporary design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Experience creating design systems that scale by supporting rapid product iteration while maintaining consistency and accessibility.
• A data-driven mindset and a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, usable, and high-impact product interfaces.
• Comfort in conducting and acting on user research, as well as translating technical ideas into elegant, user-centered solutions.
• Excellent communication skills; you can guide stakeholders through design decisions and advocate for high-impact solutions based on user needs.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to launch products, iterate on features, and solve real user problems.
• Must be fluent in English & Arabic
• Bonus: Motion/interaction design skills, or experience in fintech or regulated product spaces.
