Virtual Relationship Manager - Business Banking UAE Nationals Only

Job Description

As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of Business Banking customers by understanding their financial needs and connecting them with the right banking solutions. You will focus on relationship growth, customer retention, cross-selling of products and services, and maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the assigned commercial portfolio, contributing to the team’s business and revenue objectives.
• Build strong client relationships, understand customers’ financial needs, and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Support customer transactions, documentation collection, account maintenance, and migration of eligible mass-segment customers.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, update KYC records, and ensure customer documents remain valid and current.
• Identify potential portfolio risks and ensure compliance with applicable policies, UAE Central Bank requirements, and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Proactively cross-sell asset, liability, trade services, treasury, cash management, investment, and other relevant banking solutions.
  
  

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in relationship management, business banking, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of basic banking products and services, with strong relationship management skills.

• Receive Inbound Calls
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner; Listen to customers� questions and concerns and provide accurate and appropriate solutions; Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Products and Services Knowledge
• Promote the bank's products and services to customers and persuade them to sign up for new products or services; Continuously improve knowledge of the bank's products and services to provide the highest level of customer service
