VIP Manager - South Asian Markets

The VIP Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, operations, and performance of the VIP customer segment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, maximizing retention and revenue, and ensuring the VIP program aligns with company goals. Through strategic insight, leadership, and data-driven decision-making, the VIP Manager strengthens customer loyalty and drives sustainable business growth.

• Manage VIP-driven feedback loops for new content, feeding insights into platform performance and user preferences.

Key skills and Experience required

  Minimum 5–7 years experience in VIP or high-value customer management, CRM, or account management, ideally within gaming, hospitality, luxury retail, or entertainment sectors

  Proven track record of developing and executing successful VIP or loyalty strategies that drive measurable retention and revenue growth.

  Experience managing and motivating a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
