A Day In Your Role Includes

• Providing a consistently exceptional level of customer service with a genuinely friendly and professional demeanor.
• Personally meeting and greeting VIP passengers curbside upon their arrival at the Jetex terminal.
• Offering seamless assistance, including opening vehicle doors and aiding with entering/exiting.
• Providing courteous help with light luggage handling to ensure guest comfort from the first moment.
• Maintaining an impeccably polished and professional appearance at all times.
• Ensuring the terminal entrance area is perpetually presentable, tidy, and inviting.
• Carrying out additional responsibilities as directed by your Line Manager to support terminal operations.
  
  

Who We Are Looking For?

Experience

We seek a candidate who naturally excels in hospitality and understands the nuances of high-end service. The ideal professional for our team brings:

A minimum of 2 years in the hotel industry or a dedicated customer service role within a premium environment.

Education

A High School Diploma is essential; a higher diploma in a relevant field is a strong advantage.

Skills & Demeanor

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proven excellence in customer service, with a warm and attentive approach.
• The ability to remain impeccably calm, courteous, and effective under pressure or in unexpected situations.
