As a VIP Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Cartier’s prestigious events and treatments. From international experiences to regional initiatives, you will ensure every touchpoint reflects the Maison’s commitment to excellence. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Your mission is to support the design, planning, and execution of VIP experiences, while collaborating with both internal teams and external partners. You will ensure every detail is seamlessly coordinated to deliver excellence.

Your Main Responsibilities Include

  • Administrative & Coordination Support: Assist with day-to-day project and client treatment coordination, prepare presentations, reports, and recaps.
  • International Events: Support the logistics and preparation of VIP treatments and experiences in collaboration with High-End, Client Experience, and Commercial teams.
  • Regional Projects & Initiatives: Assist with cross-market programs, ensuring smooth communication with local teams and timely follow-ups.
  • High-End Client Treatment: Support the deployment of the yearly VIP treatment catalog, proposals, and briefing documents.
  • Reporting: Consolidate invoices and expenses and prepare dashboards to support accurate forecasting and budget monitoring.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in coordination, events, or administrative support, ideally within luxury, hospitality, or events.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mindset: A client-centric approach and an understanding of luxury service standards.
