The HR Business Partner for Chaumet Middle East will be a key support for the HR function, working closely with the Middle East office, retail management, and teams.

This role is designed for a highly motivated and emerging HR professional with 2-3 years of HR experience, eager to develop their skills in a dynamic luxury jewelry environment.

He/she will support the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, contribute to employee engagement, and facilitate talent development. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow as a trusted advisor to employees, gain exposure to various HR projects and initiatives, and enable career development and talent growth within the maison.

Les missions

HR Partnership:

  • Support the Senior HR Manager in partnering with department leaders to understand business goals and objectives and contribute to aligning HR activities accordingly.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees on HR-related inquiries, demonstrating a helpful and supportive approach to People topics.

Talent Management & Development:

  • Support in identifying talent needs and assisting with recruitment processes, working closely with the HR Coordinator to attract suitable talent.
  • Provide administrative and practical support for leadership in fostering high-performing teams, including assisting with materials for coaching managers on effective team management and employee engagement practices.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Actively contributes to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring alignment with Chaumet’s values and LVMH standards.
  • Support in implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across the Middle East region.

Performance Management:

Assist in the administration and communication of the performance management cycle, helping to ensure clear goals and performance expectations are understood.

Support in providing guidance on performance appraisals, feedback processes, and development plans.

Change Management Support:

  • Provide support for change initiatives, assisting with communication and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Help implement new technologies, processes, and systems that impact employee experience and operational efficiency.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations related to HR practices in the Middle East.
  • Support in advising teams on Health & Safety, Compliance and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics Support:

  • Assist in gathering HR data and analytics to support the identification of trends, tracking of key performance indicators, and preparation of reports for the business and LVMH.

Projects & Initiatives:

  • Actively participate in various HR projects and initiatives, taking on responsibilities for specific tasks.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee branding programs, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, and employer branding initiatives for Chaumet in the Middle East.

Votre profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to generalist activities, preferably in luxury retail, jewelry, or fashion.
  • Fluent in English, and Arabic is preferred - but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, passionate, and eager to learn and grow within HR.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, leading with empathy and keeping people at the heart of the business.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
