As a Videographer and Photographer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that resonates with diverse audiences. In this role, you will capture high-quality video and photographic material, working creatively to tell stories and preserve moments by leveraging the latest digital technologies and equipment. You will be collaborating closely with creative directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and execute the vision. Your work will play a crucial role in marketing, advertising, and social media strategies, providing visual assets that promote brands, events, and services. You must have a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video and photographic content at events and studio settings.
• Collaborate with creative directors to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling projects.
• Edit and enhance video footage using industry-standard software to meet project specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in videography and photography.
• Maintain and operate advanced camera equipment, lights, and audio gear effectively.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and ensure their expectations are met.
• Create compelling storyboards and shot lists in the pre-production phase.
• Manage and organize media files for easy access and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure high-quality output with a strong attention to detail in all visual content.
• Work within tight deadlines to deliver finished projects on time and within budget.
• Support marketing and social media teams by providing engaging content for campaigns.
• Train and mentor junior staff and interns on best practices and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Photography, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a videographer or photographer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with camera equipment, editing software, and lighting techniques.
• Excellent understanding of aesthetic principles and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required to capture content on location.
